After over 20 years in corporate HR, I founded Humanise HR with one clear goal: to bring practical, people-first HR support to private companies and growing SMEs. I saw a gap—where smaller businesses were missing out on the kind of strategic, hands-on HR guidance that larger organisations often take for granted.

Throughout my career, I’ve led HR strategy, driven transformation projects, and built HR functions from the ground up. I've also worked closely with investors, founders, and leadership teams, giving me deep, practical insight into the critical role HR plays during high-impact growth phases.

This includes preparing businesses for mergers and acquisitions, scaling ahead of investment, managing culture shifts during rapid expansion, and supporting leadership transitions during exits or sales.
